This series of photos is pretty cool to me. It was something I wasn’t too experienced at, and I was curious to see how the photos were going to turn out in the blue hour. First shot I just wanted to see what it would be like to do the technique, wasn’t really concerned about much anything else. I usually start out with HDR just to see how things fare and then work my way into customization from there.

This first shot the first thing I am noticing is the power line in the background is a little distracting and the light pattern is wonky as well, kind of provides a bit of mixed signals.

The second shot I took I tried a new pattern to see what would happen. It didn’t work out quite as planned because of the HDR functionality. This is when I called it a night and tried to figure out where the next night of shots should take place.

The next night, I went out for a brief run at the behest of my trainer.

While I was on my run, I ran by the park which was by my condo. Location found! There I took some more shots and they are the ones you see in the header. One was another take of a shot on the first night, and the second one is a tunnel effect to the extreme. Pretty cool effect if I say so myself!
